I'm not much of a cake decorator and probably never will be.  Luckily, I have a neighbor who is amazing when is comes to all things that deal with frosting.  However, there are so many fun ways to create spooky cupcakes for any Halloween party.  Even for the average decorator like yours truly.  Here are just a few that caught my eye.
